I am also trying very hard now with regards to what I am eating. A small amount of carbohydrate twice a day, protein at every meal and loads (and loads more)vegetables.

Yep, more or less what I'm doing. Avoiding wheat in particular and carbs in general, protein and veg (huge pot of veg soup on the go constantly) and lots of training.
ReplyDeleteI go out running with the pups when I don't have anything down at the rowing club.
Congrats on the crosstrainer. I'm in awe it is at all feasible :p
