Just completed 50 min and 7.66km on the crosstrainer. Had to push hard for most of the was and those extra ten minutes at the end were bloody awful, but it has to be done if I am going to reach my goal of 1 hour every two days.

I am also trying very hard now with regards to what I am eating. A small amount of carbohydrate twice a day, protein at every meal and loads (and loads more)vegetables.


  1. Yep, more or less what I'm doing. Avoiding wheat in particular and carbs in general, protein and veg (huge pot of veg soup on the go constantly) and lots of training.

    I go out running with the pups when I don't have anything down at the rowing club.
